7. AMENDMENTS AND UPDATES

Cancellation and/or modification of your booking 48 hours prior to arrival free of charge. If cancelled or modified later than 48 hours before arrival and in case of a no-show, the total amount of the reservation will be charged. In order to guarantee your reservation the hotel will pre-authorise the credit card provided for the amount of the first night during the reservation process.

8. ONLINE PURCHASE TERMS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

A. RESERVATIONS WITH REGULAR RATE

All reservations with regular rate made through carohotel.com are subject to the possibility of free cancellation and modification until 48 hours prior to the date of arrival. If cancelled or modified later than 48 hours prior to the date of arrival or in case of no show, the total amount of the reservation (bed & breakfast) will be charged. In order to guarantee your reservation, once the online purchase process has been completed, the hotel will pre-authorise the provided credit card for the corresponding amount of the first night of the stay, excluding all extras. Should any extras be also part of the purchase, the hotel will charge them at the check-out.

B. RESERVATIONS WITH NON-REFUNDABLE RATE (EARLY BOOKING)

The reservations with non-refundable rate (Early Booking) made through carohotel.com are non-cancellable, non-amendable and non-refundable. In order to have the reservation formally confirmed, the hotel will charge the full amount of the booking (bed & breakfast) to the provided credit card shortly after the reservation process is completed. Should any extras be also part of the purchase, the hotel will charge them at the check-out. In case of no show, the total amount of the reservation (bed & breakfast) will be charged. The reservation, therefore, will not be properly validated until the client gets the corresponding charge in his / her credit or debit card, an amount which in no case will be returned.

C. RESERVATIONS FOR SPECIAL DATES

All reservations for special dates made through carohotel.com are subject to the possibility of free cancellation and modification of your booking 7 days prior to arrival free of charge. If cancelled or modified later than 7 days, the hotel will charge the first night. If cancelled less than 48 hours before arrival and in case of a no-show, the total amount of the reservation will be charged. In order to guarantee your reservation the hotel will pre-authorise the credit card provided for the amount of the first night during the reservation process.
