Bookings made at the regular rate through www.carohotel.com may be cancelled or modified free of charge up to 48 hours before the arrival date. If the booking is cancelled or modified after this deadline, or in the event of a no-show, the hotel will charge the full amount of the reservation, including accommodation and breakfast.

To guarantee the booking, once the online purchase process has been completed, the hotel will pre-authorise the credit card provided by the guest for the amount corresponding to the first night of the stay, covering accommodation only, and will not charge any extras. Any extras, if applicable, will be charged directly at the time of check-out.

Bookings made under the non-refundable rate (Early Booking) through www.carohotel.com cannot be cancelled without penalty. In order for the booking to be formally confirmed, the hotel will charge 100% of the full stay in advance, including accommodation and breakfast. Any additional extras, if applicable, will not be charged in advance and will be settled directly at check-out.

In the event that the guest does not show up on the scheduled arrival date, the hotel will charge the full amount of the reservation, including accommodation and breakfast. Accordingly, the booking shall not be deemed valid until the guest receives the corresponding charge on their credit card, an amount which shall under no circumstances be refunded.

Bookings made through www.carohotel.com for special dates may be cancelled or modified free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. After this period, any cancellation, whether total or partial, will incur a penalty equivalent to the first night. If the booking is cancelled or modified within 48 hours of arrival, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.

To guarantee the booking, the hotel will pre-authorise the credit or debit card provided for the amount corresponding to the first night at the time of making the reservation.
