8. ONLINE PURCHASE TERMS AND CANCELLATION POLICY
A. RESERVATIONS WITH REGULAR RATE
All reservations with regular rate made through carohotel.com are subject to the possibility of free cancellation and modification until 48h prior to the date of arrival. If cancelled or modified later than 48h, the hotel will charge the first night. In case of no show, the total amount of the reservation (bed & breakfast) will be charged.
In order to guarantee your reservation, once the online purchase process has been completed, the hotel will pre-authorise the provided credit or debit card for the corresponding amount of the first night of the stay, excluding all extras. Should any extras be also part of the purchase, the hotel will charge them at the check-out.
B. RESERVATIONS WITH NON-REFUNDABLE RATE (EARLY BOOKING)
The reservations with non-refundable rate (Early Booking) made through carohotel.com are non-cancellable, non-amendable and non-refundable.
In order to have the reservation formally confirmed, the hotel will charge the full amount of the booking (bed & breakfast) to the provided credit or debit card shortly after the reservation process is completed. Should any extras be also part of the purchase, the hotel will charge them at the check-out. In case of no show, the total amount of the reservation (bed & breakfast) will be charged. The reservation, therefore, will not be properly validated until the client gets the corresponding charge in his / her credit or debit card, an amount which in no case will be returned.
