For the purposes set out in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, hereinafter referred to as the GDPR, regarding the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, Almirante Servicios Integrales, SL, as data controller, informs the user of the existence of an automated personal data file created by and for Almirante Servicios Integrales, SL, under its responsibility and intended solely for the maintenance and management of its relationship with the user, as well as for information purposes. Accordingly, at the time of acceptance of the general terms and conditions, Almirante Servicios Integrales, SL will require the user to provide the data necessary for the provision of its services.

In the event that www.carohotel.com includes links or hyperlinks to other external websites, Almirante Servicios Integrales, SL states that it exercises no control whatsoever over such websites or their contents. Therefore, under no circumstances shall Almirante Servicios Integrales, SL assume any liability for the contents of any link belonging to a website other than this one.

Despite having adopted all necessary technological measures and maintaining its commitment to providing a secure and transparent digital service to users, Almirante Servicios Integrales, SL shall in no event be liable for any damages of any kind that may arise, by way of example, from errors or omissions in the content, unavailability of the website, or the transmission of viruses or malicious or harmful programs in the website content.

1. REGULAR RATE BOOKINGS

Bookings made at the regular rate through www.carohotel.com may be cancelled or modified free of charge up to 48 hours before the arrival date. If the booking is cancelled or modified after this deadline, or in the event of a no-show, the hotel will charge the full amount of the reservation, including accommodation and breakfast.

To guarantee the booking, once the online purchase process has been completed, the hotel will pre-authorise the credit card provided by the guest for the amount corresponding to the first night of the stay, covering accommodation only, and will not charge any extras. Any extras, if applicable, will be charged directly at the time of check-out.

2. NON-REFUNDABLE RATE BOOKINGS (EARLY BOOKINGS)

Bookings made under the non-refundable rate (Early Booking) through www.carohotel.com cannot be cancelled without penalty. In order for the booking to be formally confirmed, the hotel will charge 100% of the full stay in advance, including accommodation and breakfast. Any additional extras, if applicable, will not be charged in advance and will be settled directly at check-out.

In the event that the guest does not show up on the scheduled arrival date, the hotel will charge the full amount of the reservation, including accommodation and breakfast. Accordingly, the booking shall not be deemed valid until the guest receives the corresponding charge on their credit card, an amount which shall under no circumstances be refunded.

3. SPECIAL DATES BOOKINGS

Bookings made through www.carohotel.com for special dates may be cancelled or modified free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. After this period, any cancellation, whether total or partial, will incur a penalty equivalent to the first night. If the booking is cancelled or modified within 48 hours of arrival, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.

To guarantee the booking, the hotel will pre-authorise the credit or debit card provided for the amount corresponding to the first night at the time of making the reservation.
