How does the purchase of the gift voucher work?

• Make your purchase and receive your gift voucher in electronic format (PDF).
• You can print this voucher or send it directly to whomever you wish.
• The voucher guarantees the reservation and the added services, but leaves the date of the hotel to be defined.
• It will be necessary to confirm the reservation of the voucher in advance by phone or email.
• The gift voucher must be presented at the reception desk upon arrival at the hotel.
• All gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the time of purchase.
• All prices include 10% VAT.
• The photographs are indicative of the rooms and other areas of the hotel.
